Christmas answers and our questions to you.
Hello, we are glad you have communicated with us,
Thank you for your interesting questions, we will answer them the best we can;
When do you decorate your Christmas tree?
We decorate our tree around the middle of December. We place a star at the top of the tree and decorate it with baubles, tinsel and lights.
When do you receive our presents?
We receive our presents on the morning of December the 25th.
When are your holidays at Christmas?
Our school holidays start on the 19th of December and we return to school on the 6th of January.
Do you celebrate Father Christmas or Saint Nicholas?
We celebrate Father Christmas mostly, but some celebrate St. Nicholas.
What do you eat at Christmas?
On Christmas we eat turkey, roast potatoes, carrots, all sorts of vegetables and sausage wrapped in bacon (pigs in blankets!). But some are vegetarians and do not eat meat, a nut roast is eaten instead.
We have also included some of our questions:
Do you do Christmas activities at school like Christmas concerts/plays/making stockings?
How do you celebrate Christmas?
Is there a specific time you receive presents?
What food do you eat at Christmas?
